Sending screen content to e-mail

For better performance it is recommended that you previously set up the SMTP server (using Options->Mail) and set the compression option (Options->Compression->Mail) to minimum size.

Then do as follows:

  • use the Make and send a screenshot function or defined shortcut for Send screenshot of active window with comment
  • choose an e-mail recipient from the list
  • press OK in the main dialog to send the screenshot

Without SSN you would have to:

  • place a screenshot to clipboard using PrintScreen key
  • open Microsoft Paint(or any other application that works with graphic images)
  • press Ctrl+V to paste an image
  • choose File-Send (if available) from the main menu
  • an e-mail client will open, screenshot will be saved in the BMP format
  • send an email with the image file attached.

 

Sending several screenshots to e-mail

For better performance it is recommended that you previously set up the SMTP server (using Options->Mail) and set the compression option (Options->Compression->Mail) to minimum size.

Thendo as follows:

  • use the Add screenshot to Image Queue function or defined shortcut for Add screenshot to queue
  • add as many screenshots as you need to Image Queue
  • when youre done with all the images, send screenshots from Image Queue

  • place a screenshot to clipboard using PrintScreen key
  • open Microsoft Paint (or any other application that works with graphic images)
  • press Ctrl+V to paste an image
  • choose File->Save from the menu
  • save screenshots as JPEG or BMP image
  • repeat these operations according to number of screenshots
  • go to file browser, find the images and choose Send from the context menu. An e-mail client will open
  • send an email with the image files attached.

 

Making and saving a screenshot

  • use the Add screenshot to Local Archive function or defined shortcut for Send screenshot to archive
  • use Image Viewer, Local Archive folder to view the screenshots.

  • open Microsoft Paint (or any other application that works with graphic images)
  • press Ctrl+V to paste an image
  • choose File->Save from the menu
  • save screenshots as JPEG or BMP image
  • use file browser to look for saved screenshots.

 

Scanning several images and sending them to e-mail using minimum file size

For better performance it is recommended that you previously set up the SMTP server (using Options->Mail) and set the compression option (Options->Compression->Mail) to minimum size.

Then do as follows:

  • scan the images with "Screenshot net"
  • use Batch convert to minimize file size
  • use Forward function to send the images.
